What does a Vietnamese trade practitioner lack? Exposure to ICC experts, exchange with colleagues working in 'big name' organisations, and especially important - real case studies from all over the world. I got all these invaluable resources from eBSI at a cost which was great value for money. And amazingly enough, studying from home I was able to get an internationally recognized certificate!

The online sessions proved very useful in communicating online with course lecturers and fellow students. I could cover the course material at my own pace and in my own time. I found the comprehensive materials contained in the CD ROMs of the ITS programme to contain a wealth of information for the would be exporter.

My experiences with the team from eBSI in 2003 were second to none, I found the ITS Accreditation extremely informative & interesting with a very high level of professionalism maintained throughout duration of course. The online sessions proved that a ‘class room’ environment can be achieved at your work desk or home study, while the occasional group meetings provided fantastic Q&A opportunities with the eBSI tutors.(and fellow students)

Its been a real pleasure studying under your support. I must acknowledge one thing, which I have experienced while I studied. You have been tremendous support. It never happened a single time, when I requested something from you and you did not respond within 24 hours. It may look very easy, but actually a person who knows operations or customer support can identify it as an orchestrated effort which require high quality management skill and high level of commitment.
